Rossendale Harriers Mid-Week Series

Welcome to Rossendale Harriers Mid-Week Series Points Tables.

Points are allocated to competitors in each age group in the same way as the FRA Championship; 52 for 1st, 49 for 2nd, 48, 47, to 1 point for 50th.
Series totals are calculated as the best 3 results from 4 races.
A minimum of 3 races is required to qualify for series prizes.
